Now That's A Couch???

I absolutely love reading design blogs I love HG TV as well I love the( designers?) I agree with, and absolutely love to watch the ones I think don’t have a clue. Like the other day I watched the Latest winner of Design Star. She was doing a kitchen with a Deco flair that I failed to see BUT the best was when she put a cook top in an island, it didn’t appear to be a particularly deep island maybe 30 inches. She then built a banquet on the other side so the cook top would be behind a persons head…I’m not even sure that would pass code. Can you imagine a pot boiling over and getting the boiling mess down you neck?  I often wonder where the producers of these shows are? They must spend quite a bit of time out to lunch. I was reading a blog yesterday about Pastel rooms and the writer showed photos of rooms that didn’t look pastel to me, a dark blue sofa white chairs? I love the way the commenter’s always gush fantastic over the bloggers words. Of course when I comment they are rarely if ever posted. I am probably flagged by the bloggers I follow…DON”T post that loud mouth jerks words…I commented about the pastel rooms not looking so pastel to me, maybe the color correction on my laptop was off, and said that the term is drapery not curtains, I saw a sofa but didn’t see a couch…My words were not posted I’m still Looking but comments were posted after mine so I guess my words of wisdom will not reach her readers…
